NOH8 STORE POLICY
All sales from the NOH8 Store are final. Items can only be exchanged for the same item. We accept exchanges for unworn and unwashed shirts only.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (United States) - STANDARD SHIPPING
Domestic Orders with STANDARD SHIPPING (not including print orders; see below) ship on average within 1 week of the date the order was received. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Orders are shipped via USPS and may take 3-7 days to arrive.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (United States) - PRIORITY SHIPPING (When available)
Domestic Orders with PRIORITY SHIPPING (not including print orders; see below) ship within 1 Business Day of the date the order was received. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are shipped via USPS and may take 1-3 business days to arrive.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery Confirmation* is only available for orders packed in 3/4 inch packaging or larger. In order to qualify for Delivery Confirmation, orders must include either a Bracelet (excluding SillyBandz), T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Travel Mugs, Hats, Backpacks, and/or Totes. Delivery Confirmation is added to Shipping & Handling for qualifying orders ONLY.
Due to high order volume and limited staffing, Delivery Confirmation Numbers are only available upon request. If you have not received your order within the projected time frame, please contact store@noh8campaign.com to inquire about your Delivery Confirmation. Include as much information as possible about your order, including your name, the e-mail used to place the order, and your order number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Orders ship on average every 2 weeks via USPS, and tracking information is not provided. Once shipped, orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive.
GLOSSY PHOTO PRINT ORDERS
Print orders take on average 2 weeks to process and ship. High order volumes may lead to a delay in your order. As print orders must be re-sized, printed, cut, and packaged, fulfilling print orders requires a longer processing time than merchandise orders. Other items purchased in addition to prints are sent separately (and if PRIORITY SHIPPING is chosen as your shipping option it ONLY applies to the non-print merchandise portion of your order).
Once processed, Orders are shipped via USPS and may take 3-7 days to arrive.
CANVAS MATTE PRINT ORDERS
Canvas Orders take on average between 2-3 weeks to process and ship. If your photo has only been uploaded to the website within the past week, your order may take longer to arrive. International Shipping (Outside the US) is currently unavailable. Other items purchased in addition to prints are sent separately (and if PRIORITY SHIPPING is chosen as your shipping option it ONLY applies to the non-print merchandise portion of your order). Canvas prints are made with 100% Cotton and will come stretched over a 1.5 inch frame.
Canvas Orders are shipped from Canvas4Life.com via FedEx Ground and may take 1-7 days to arrive.
