SUNDAY: Join Team NOH8 @ AIDS Walk Los Angeles!

This SUNDAY, OCTOBER 14th, 2012 our friends at AIDS PROJECT LOS ANGELES will be hosting their annual fundraiser; AIDS WALK LOS ANGELES! #TEAMNOH8 will be hosting their own AIDS Walk LA team for the third year in a row to support and raise awareness for the ongoing fight against HIV and AIDS. It's not too late to register (for free) and walk with us!

8:30 a.m. Sign-In Begins
9:15 a.m. Opening Ceremony Begins
10:00 a.m. AIDS Walk LA Begins

Location: AIDS Walk LA will start and end in WEST HOLLYWOOD PARK (Melrose Avenue & San Vicente Avenue). The NOH8 Campaign will have its own special location set up inside the check-in area - so look for our signs and stop by to get your NOH8 tattoo!

Length: 10 kilometers/6.2 miles

Once you've joined our team, you will be sent an e-mail with information on how to start raising funds. Remember -- even though you might not be able to help raise funds directly, you can still walk with us and be a part of TEAM NOH8 at no cost. Encourage your friends and family to sign up, or at least come out and be a part of the walk with you! We are still gathering details for the event, and will post more specific details as they become available.

By joining the team, you will join other NOH8 supporters in coming together for this amazing event to support not only those who need our help, but those our community has lost along the way. NOH8 Co-Founders Adam Bouska and Jeff Parshley, as well as their entire NOH8 team, will be present - and we're looking forward to seeing you all there!

All funds raised by Team NOH8 will go toward AIDS Walk Los Angeles' beneficiaries, including APLA. You can find a full list of the beneficiaries here.
