2012 Tour Updates: 24 Cities, 17 States, 3 Countries
The NOH8 Campaign launched it's 2012 Tour this past January, and supporters turned out in record numbers to lend their face to the fight for equality in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and San Diego. So far this year, the fight for equal rights has made historic advances with marriage equality victories in states like Washington, Maryland, and California. Even New Jersey is moving toward support of recognizing same-sex couples, with a marriage equality bill making it all the way to the governor's desk.
With such an incredible momentum of positive change in our country, the NOH8 Campaign is dedicated to traveling to as many cities and states as possible to continue raising awareness for those that have been discriminated against and empowering communities with the tools and the confidence to make their voices heard.
In March alone, the NOH8 Campaign will host seven open photo shoots in six states - five of which we be visiting for the first time. With 24 open photo shoots scheduled through September and more dates to be announced throughout the coming months, we hope many of you that have been waiting for NOH8 to make it to your city will finally have your chance to join us. Remember - our events are ALL AGES unless otherwise noted!
