Riley Hogan - My name is Riley. I'm pansexual and agender and I use they/them pronouns. I've been harrassed for years for my gender, sexuallity, my religious opinions (atheist) and my race (half-irish, half Uruguayan) among other things. Discrimination is wrong and I want to see an end to it. The best part is that the school district wouldn't let us do the campaign last year because they felt that had implications of terrorism and ISIS because of the use of tape. I wish I was kidding. I don't want to hear anybody complain about political correctness after that because they have no idea what they are talking about. I have been accused of supporting it by ignorant people who think that silencing minorities is somehow not politically correct. I implore them to read a dictionary. While our GSA had a creative solution to this, which indulged in for a nice picture in the school newspaper, me and a friend did it the normal way in the school's only unisex bathroom (discounting the nurse's office) as an act of defiance. If participating in a non-violent, peaceful protest to support the fair treatment of LGBT+ people makes me some kind of villain, then I don't think I'm evil enough. While I don't want any trouble, I hope I do in a way so that I can expose the problems with the administration.
