09/20/2015 - Pat Wancho - There's a lot of people that talk about gay couples adopting children. People say things about how the child will have some kind of social or emotional problems. I have a slightly unusual situation where my biological father is gay, I never saw him as anything but my dad. I moved in with him when I was 15 but he was always around. Even though people sometimes stuck there nose up and tried to make me feel as if I should be ashamed or that I may be different but I never cared. If you have a problem with kids being raised by gay couples feel free to ask one of us anything. People forget how honest kids are at younger ages. I've always been the kid with the gay dad, I've been asked every question at least once. It's not offencive to me if you want to educate yourself, it's offencive to me to spread hate about something you don't understand.
