12pm-2pm Open Shoot for LA PRIDE'S 40th Anniversary SAT JUNE 12TH at the ANDAZ Hotel in West Hollywood

Los Angeles' 40th Anniversary Pride Festival is just around the corner and the NOH8 Campaign is preparing for busy weekend.

In honor of West Hollywood being the birth place of the NOH8 Campaign, we will be holding an Open Shoot on Saturday June 12th from 12pm to 2pm at the Andaz West Hollywood.

(We will do our best to make sure everyone in line by 2pm, get's their photo taken!)

The Andaz has offered to open up its doors to the NOH8 Campaign and to anyone who would like to participate in standing up for Equality by making your voice HEARD!

(Dont forget to stop by the RH bar of Andaz West Hollywood after the shoot, so you can enjoy a signature NOH8-tini cocktail to celebrate your participation in the campaign.)

Anyone that would like to join the NOH8 Campaign is asked to wear a plain white shirt to match the look of the signature NOH8 photos.

Solo NOH8 photos will require a minimum donation of $40 per person, while any group or couple photos will require a $25 donation per person in the photo.

Adam Bouska will be working around the clock to photograph 5-10 frames for each person that comes through. The final selection he chooses will be retouched and made available to you through the NOH8Campaign.com website!

***The NOH8 Campaign will apply the NOH8 temporary tattoo to your face upon arrival, and we will also supply you with the silver duct tape for the photo.***

*****If you are driving to the photo shoot please remember to carpool and help save our planet. There is valet parking for a discounted rate of $10 however, limited parking is available at the hotel. Street parking is also available in the area.*****

Funds raised by the NOH8 Campaign will be used to continue promoting and raising awareness for marriage equality and anti-discrimination through NOH8’s interactive media campaign. This includes bringing the campaign to other cities around the country, as well as compiling the images for a large-scale media campaign. Under consideration is the expansion of our campaign to other media, including television and radio broadcast, billboards, and magazines. Contributions are also used to cover the daily operations and maintenance necessary to run this rapidly growing campaign.

The NOH8 Campaign has filed for 501(c)(3) status, and is currently waiting for its determination letter.  Once we have received tax-exempt status, donations will be tax-deductible up to the amount allowable by law.
