Denver's LGBT Community Says: "I'm One"
Wednesday, February 1st, 2012To kick off the month of love - February - we're spending the week sharing our most recently completed NOH8 photo shoots that rounded out 2011 as well as some of the amazing images that came out of them.
In 2012, we have already announced eighteen new tour dates - fifteen of which are in new cities with nine of those stops in states we've never been to before. That doesn't even include January's photo shoots in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City (our first time in Utah) or the several other stops we're currently working to confirm. To check out our schedule and see which cities have been announced so far, check out our Events section.

On November 4th, 2011 - the third anniversary of the passage of Proposition 8 in California - the NOH8 Campaign set up their mobile studio at The Center in Denver, Colorado; a brand new, state-of-the-art facility dedicated completely to the LGBT community. Together, the community banded together to amplify The Center's key idea:"I'm One."
It was important for us at the NOH8 Campaign to set up in a state outside California this year to further illustrate that Prop 8 is not just a California issue; it's nationwide. The ideology behind Prop 8 is a threat to justice and equal rights everywhere, and it's important to acknowledge the reality that if a ban on same-sex marriage can pass in California, it can pass anywhere.
