INTERNSHIP & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES @ NOH8
As our efforts have continued to expand, so too have the daily requirements necessary to operate the NOH8 Campaign. Our small staff depends on support from our volunteers and interns to aid with a variety of tasks and projects - both in our North Hollywood, CA offices, as well as during our open photo shoots in cities across the country.

NOH8 OFFICE INTERN
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Time Commitment: 15-20 Hours (3 Days) per Week
Compensation: Unpaid
Available: Immediately
Description: A NOH8 Office Intern would play an integral role in helping to maintain the daily operations of the NOH8 Campaign, working closely with staff at our headquarters. Responsibilities might include, but are not limited to, data entry and processing, research, website maintenance, literature prep and sorting, assisting Merchandise Manager in maintaining store inventory, and general office work.
Qualifications:
-A Passion for Equality
-Well versed in current LGBT issues
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow directions
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Computer proficiency in social media, e-mail, internet research, word processing, and database work.
-Bachelor of Arts Degree a Plus
-Knowledge of Pop Culture/Entertainment Industry a Plus

NOH8 OFFICE VOLUNTEER
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Time Commitment: Based Upon Availability
Compensation: Unpaid
Available: Immediately
Description: Given the small size of the NOH8 staff, we would not be able to operate without the valuable and gracious support of our volunteers. A NOH8 Office Volunteer would primarily assist in various small tasks around the office, including literature prep and inventory, and helping to prepare promotional materials.

NOH8 VIDEO EDITOR
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Time Commitment: TBD

Description: A NOH8 Video Editor will assist maintaining and managing the past, present, and future video content of the NOH8 Campaign. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, organizing and cataloging the NOH8 media library, editing NOH8 videos and PSA's, and creating content.
Qualifications:

-Proficient in Final Cut Pro and other editing software
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow directions
-Experience in video editing and/or production

Description: A NOH8 Graphic Designer would primarily be responsible for the design, execution, and creation of various graphical needs including collages, flyers, ads, and website content.

-Experience in graphic design
